„Kihaku“ is  short documentary about the struggles and the day-to-day life of a woman in martial arts. Alisa Buchinger and other representing personalities elaborate the progress and the evolution of martial arts as much as its duty towards gender equality.  It demonstrates the influence of woman in martial arts on courage, personality and society norms, as much as how important it is to be part of this progress.

Dieser Dokumentarfilm befasst sich mit den Problemen und dem Alltag als Frau im Kampfsport. Alisa Buchinger und andere im Sport vertretene Persönlichkeiten erzählen von der Entwicklung innerhalb des Kampfsportes und dessen Aufgabe in der Gleichberechtigung. Es wird aufgezeigt wie Charakter und Gesellschaft von Frauen im Sport geprägt wird und wie wichtig es ist Anteil an dieser Entwicklung zunehmen.
